Annotating gene clusters in a heatmap with GO enriched terms

Hi,

Can anyone recommend and R package that is able to perform a GO analysis on gene clusters produced from hierarchically clustering genes and sample used to present them in a heatmap. In simple words, I'd like to produce a heatmap that labels the main gene clusters with the GO terms they're enriched with.
