Agilent SureSelect XT Human All Exon +UTR v5

Hi everybody,

may someone please provide me with the target regions of the Agilent SureSelect XT Human All Exon +UTR v5 exome kit? Apparently I can download design .bed files from SureDesign (according to the Agilent page) but I remember registering for it a year ago but no one reviewed my request and I couldn't finish the registration. (I just tried registering again but I'm not going to hold my breath.)

"Thank you for registering with SureDesign. Your request to join an existing workgroup has been sent to the workgroup administrators. After they review your request, you will receive an email with instructions on completing the registration process."

SureDesign is the only source from where you can get the required files. I have been through same issue in the past. It looks like you have registered in an existing workgroup. There are 2 possible conditions:

1. The existing workgroup was created by someone you know (your PI/colleague in your lab or a different lab within your organization). If you know that person (who will now be the workgroup administrator), then call/email him/her and ask to approve your registration request by login into their SureDesign account.

2. You accidentally chose a generic name of your "new" workgroup while registering into SureDesign which already exists and the administrator is a person unknown to you. In that case, send a email to Agilent support team ([e-mail]) and ask to disable your current registration request. Then, re register with a "unique" workgroup name. By doing that, you will be the workgroup administrator. You will then be receiving an automated email to activate your account.

Since, you happened to register an year ago, your request might have already expired. So, try the registration again or try option#2 as mentioned above.

Thanks for the reply Vijay. On my second try, I asked to join another workgroup and it was accepted (SureDesign: Join workgroup request accepted, account activated.) and I could download the required BED files. In my previous attempt about a year ago, I did try to email Agilent but they never got back to me.

Hi Dave, I am looking for interval files for Agilent SureSelect XT Human All Exon V7 Enrichment Kit, but I am having troubles registering at SureDesign. I would be grateful if you could send me these BED files. Thanks a lot :)

Thank you for the link. I believe some changes were introduced to baits/targets regions since V5 kit. Maybe, you have BEDs for the last version V7?
