I am looking for life sciences related databases that use an REST-ful or REST-like API which is described with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation. Example databases that use it include WikiPathways and PRIDE. Which other databases also use OpenAPI?
Meanwhile, I cannot help but note that I seem to keep asking questions for which there simply are no answers yet... but you don't get impact points for that :(
Ah, well, for every 100 people who read your post, 50 find it interesting and maybe 1 will know of an answer - I wouldn't get too discouraged :) I don't know much about the OpenAPI/Swagger, but i do use and create databases with RESTful APIs. I guess that's not good enough though, hehe
I'm hoping the temporary answer may trigger some extra, renewed attention ;)
While I hope learn about a lot more databases, I have started collected a number of them in Wikidata: http://tinyurl.com/hb3mwqc
Twelve entries so far... there must be more not?
