How to hide UCSC tracks in bigwig setting

Hi,

I want to hide 'Conservation Track' and 'Human mRNAs track', and only show ''UCSC Genes Track' and 'Layered H3K27Ac Track'. How should I prepare the configure files for bigwig?

hide Conservation 'Human mRNAs'
