Hi,

I was wondering if there is any data repository like GEO for Whole Exome Sequencing data.

Thanks for your help.

Alejandro

UPDATE

If anyone has the same question, it was quite easy to upload the bam files to the SRA database.

Thanks for the suggestions!

NCBI SRA. Also accessible from EBI-ENA and DDBJ.

I would add dbGaP to the list.

NCBI actually has a nice page explaining the different databases it hosts for public data: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/home/submit-wizard.shtml

dbGaP archives descriptions, supporting documentation and results of human clinical and non-clinical studies investigating the interactions of human genotype and phenotype, including genome-wide association studies.

There is also ExAC, hosted by the Broad Institute, http://exac.broadinstitute.org/

I was unable to find any sequence data there, just variant calls...

ExAc is not a repository for hosting raw sequencing data.

I stand corrected. Looks like ExAC is a repository for aggregating the results of human exome studies, but not the actual sequencing reads.
