requirements for denovo rnaseq analysis

Hi All Dear For analysis the rnaseq data without refrence genome (denovo) from a plant with genome size as equal as rice what hardware is need? In the other words, what is requirements of a pc for denovo rnaseq analysis?

Different assemblers have different requirements... but to be flexible, I'd suggest at least 256GB and preferably 512GB+ for assembly. It's probably a good idea to read the documentation for the tools you plan to use. For example, here is Trinity's description of its memory usage:
