Hi,
I am looking for some sort of database/compilation of RNA-seq data that allows me to quickly search by RNA-extraction protocol. More particular, I am interested in ALL GEO deposited RNA-seq datasets which extracted total RNA (as opposed to polyadenylated extraction protocols). Is there are list/database that contains this information?

Thanks

Keep in mind that just because it's labeled as "total RNA" doesn't mean it's actually total RNA and not polyA selected.

You could search NCBI SRA this way.

For human data, TCGA and GTEx databases are AFAIK total RNA prepped libraries for RNA-Seq.

For raw fastq files from RNA-Seq experiments from TCGA, one would require application for access. Good luck!
