Hi all friends,

I'm looking for a (very) small dataset (paired-end) from a plant resulted from Illumina Hiseq 2000 sequencing, I could not still find it. Could you please help me to find it?

Thanks a lot

You can download small reads data from European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena

You can get such data from JGI's genome portal. Some of the plants, like Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, are quite small.

I'm sure somewhere in ArrayExpress and GEOarchives are some. Try to browse by species and assay.
