differential expression and meta analysis of microarray

hello All, I want to do differential expression of Microarray data and then to do meta analysis.do you know R package that do two works?

I heard about the COMBAT batch correction and cross-platform normalization method then you can merge the datasets by means of common ENTREZ identifiers to obtain common space across all platforms.

Try 'affy' and 'limma' to identify deferentially expressed genes. "bioMart" for meta analysis.
