Public datasets (like Hapmap/1000 genomes) for DNA methylation?

Hi, I am interested in doing some population-level studies using DNA methylation (from blood). Are there any public datasets that have this kind of information for many individuals from different ethnic backgrounds?

As an example, something like 1000 Genomes or Hapmap, but using a DNA methylation platform such as the Infinium HumanMethylation 450 Array.

Thanks, Gaius

I think you made a mistake. for SNP allele, all the PBMC cells share some alleles, however, for DNA methylation, different cell type have different methylation profile, such as CD4+ T-cell, CD8+ T-cell and B-cells. Even for CD4+ Tcell, there will be some subtype among them. Deconvolution should be considered in your analysis. PS. there are huge number of PBMC methylation dataset in GEO based on methylation 450K array.
