How to convert bedgraph to bigwig?

Hi everybody, I want to convert my bedgraph (from MACS2) into a bigwig, is there any available program different than bedgraphtobigwig (I have problems with the instalation)

There should not be any installation. You just download the binary and run it.

Go here, choose your OS, and download all the Kent binaries you need.

I've downloaded, but when I want to run it " bedGraphToBigWig: command not found"

set your PATH http://www.linfo.org/path_env_var.html

export PATH=$PATH:/dir1/dir2

Is not that problem, because I'm trying to run it from the path in which is downloaded

Try running ./bedGraphToBigWig (in current directory), not bedGraphToBigWig (searches $PATH).

You may also need to make it executable (chmod a+x ./bedGraphToBigWig)
