WebMGA Server frozen. Any other alternative?

I recently found this server and I've been using it fo analyse the functional annotation (COG) of bacterial genomes.

WebMGA | Server | cog - Weizhong Li's Group http://weizhong-lab.ucsd.edu/metagenomic-analysis/server/cog/

But lately (since last month) the server seems not to work.

Any other having the same issue? Do you know any other alternative web tool to do this kind of analysis?

It's can works well all the time ,you may need offer your email to the web and waiting for the results.
