"inSilicoDB" package in R can't access to webservice

Hi, everyone,

I'm new to the inSilicoDB, and have a problem when I tried to use it.

eset = getDataset("GSE4635", "GPL96")
Error: Webservice not accessible. Please check your internet connection.: Error in function (type, msg, asError = TRUE) : Failed to connect to insilicodb.com port 443: Connection refused

Then I checked the internet, that I can open the https://www.insilicodb.com/ page, however, I can't open the Webservice page https://insilicodb.com/app/interface/. On the other hand, I can open other https pages.

Anyone have similar experience and help me out? Thank you so much!

Not an expert though, try replacing https with http, sometimes it solves the issue
