Lookup table between PubMed IDs and WebOfScience IDs?

Are there any lookup tables between PubMed IDs and Web of Science IDs?

While I have both databases locally, matching through ISSN and title appears messy due to PubMed, but not Web of Science, having migrated from print ISSN numbers to web-content ISSN numbers (and matching all entries of both databases only by title would take some days).

Pubmed help pages indicate the following file should contain the mapping of PMID with ISSN.

Thank you. While I have PM's ISSNs, the recent years refer to web-ISSN, whereas WoS would still use print-ISSN for the same article (which does not allow a filtering / fast indexing through a common ISSN)
