Plotting Venn diagram for multiple BED files

Hi Everyone,

I have 6 large BED files and i want to draw a Venn diagram for them together. Can anyone please suggest which tool can handle multiple BED files simultaneously??

I have read about pybedtools https://daler.github.io/pybedtools/index.html

But it handles only three files.. Can anyone please share the code or tool?

Just a brief note that you can't really make a true Venn from more than three sets. Some discussion here: A: How Can I Generate A Venn Diagram In R For A Given Csv File

Your question is a kind of extension to this question! Once, you find the intersections you can easily plot the Venn Diagrams in R. If you find a better solution, post it here so it would be useful for future reference.
