Some can explain me what AMAF, EMAF, and GMAF means in NGS context? Thank you very much

Please provide some context, and what have you tried? MAF = Minor Allele Frequency

thank you! what I wanted to ask is about their meaning. When could you reject one variant due to its MAF-AMAF, EMAF, and GMAF-? Is always true that variants with MAF>0,01 are polymorphisms?
