4C-seq analysis using FourCSeq R package

I decided to use FourCSeq R package to analyse my 4C-seq data. Can I use FourCSeq for 4C-seq libraries without replicates?

FourCseq does not support working without replicates. If you are working without replicates, 4C-ker and w4Cseq softwares could work for you. The authors of w4Cseq have a good tutorial explaining how to use it
