Hello everybody,

I m really new in the field of bioinformatic and I have several lists of genes obtain from differents ChIPseq experiments. I would like to create a table (in R and in excel) with all the human genes in the genome in first column and on the other ones the result of the differrents ChIP experiment (with 0 or 1 if the protein or histon marked are associated to the genes). Thank you very much. have a nice day Anna

I am not sure how your (several) lists look like, but I think you can join them together in R with merge

Check ?merge for more details on how to merge.
