Hi Experts, I need to find micro array data for colorectal cancer. I've searched TCGA and have found some data sets but because I'm new to this field I cannot figure out if the data is RNA seq or micro array.how can I figure this out?

I am confused and cannot proceed. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Start by telling which data you found and where it is, and which files you found.

for microarray data you can search colorectal cancer at NCBI GEO website...

restrict your search to datasets...

TCGA is RNAseq. There are raw counts (htseq), fpkm, or fpkm-uq data.

You can find array at ArrayExpress and a mixture of platforms at GEO.
