Hello,

Is there a way to plot the tiles outside the cytogenetic bands in Circos plot? If I change the radius the whole ideogram becomes small...Thanks for any tips

Give the plots a radius > 1.

<plot>

show  = yes
type  = histogram

file  = bp_per_bin.txt
r1    = 1.15r # <- here
r0    = 1.1r  # <- and here
max   = 5000000
min   = 0.0

glyph            = rectangle
glyph_size       = 15
color            = red
stroke_color     = dred
stroke_thickness = 8

</plot>

with the ideogram radius = 0.9r is OK?If I plot tiles >1 then I dont see some tiles, they are outside the image....Also, there remains a space between my ideogram and 1st heatmap...

I have an ideogram radius of 0.65r - it's the plot in this publication http://biorxiv.org/content/early/2016/10/13/080796.
