I have been trying to use edgeR for testing differential abundance test. I got following error. Any suggestion on how to fix the issue? I am not sure if it has to do with the edgeR or the programs install in my computer?

Error in x[i, j, drop = FALSE] : argument "j" is missing, with no default
Could you post a bit more info - like the contents of design
