I am completing my bachelors degree in 2017 june (graduation) in bioinformatics from Amity University,India. I am planning to pursue masters in bioinformatics so please suggest me good universities and countries to pursue masters in bioinformatics.

Depends on your personal interest, where you want to go and also the CGPA you obtain.

You could probably like to look into M.Sc. programs in Germany, as they don't have any tuition fees. If you have CGPA of around 7.5, you could be a good candidate for M.Sc. in Bioinformatics at Saarland
