extracting the genes associated with the clusters

Dear all,

after clustering a gene expression dataset (with heatmap.2, or pheatmap), please can you advise, how can i extract the group of gene names corresponding to the dendrogram ? thanks,

You can use cutree function,

cutree(hc, k)
