How To Select Go Level Use Go::Termfinder

Hi, when i use GO::TermFinder, the result seems to give all levels of function which brings so many terms, what shoud i do to only print function in selected level?

I don't think you can. You may be interested in this discussion at PerlMonks and this one on SeqAnswers regarding the feature completeness (or lack of) in BioPerl for GO handling. You might be better off analysing the data in BioConductor which has a more complete set of tools for handling GO analysis.

er...,i am thinking about only print the last child of one term, or delete usefuless terms artificial, how do you think about that? thank your for your advice, it always helps me a lot :)
