I would like to test my model. Therefore, I would need to know where I can find a list of yeast genes, which can be sorted based on their similarities in their expression pattern. Where could I find such a list or how could I generate it?

The genes associated with ribosome biogenesis are described as being tighly co-regulated "to ensure that the components of the ribosome are available in equimolar amounts". The economics of ribosome biosynthesis in yeast.

You can get yeast gene expression datasets from public repositories such as ArrayExpress. SGD' SPELL resource has integrated expression data which may be closer to what you want.

You could just simulate it and make a synthetic dataset by using a certain distribution, like any random or beta distribution with a pre-determine mean and variance.
