What are the column names in cuffdiff's count_tracking files?

I am working with cuffdiff 2. Looking at the isoform.count_tracking file there are several columns of the form :

count, count_variance, count_uncertainty_var, count_dispersion_var, status.

On the cuffdiff website there is a broken link to the count tracking files. I was wondering what do the columns mean? Specifically, how are the columns

count_variance, count_uncertainty_var, count_dispersion_var, status.

computed? Also does someone have the docs for how the columns in fpkm_tracking files are computed/determined? It is also missing.
