List of all human and mouse TFs

I am looking for a current (3/2017) database for all transcription factors in humans and mice.

It would be great if you could help me here!

P.S.: I know that this has been asked before (List Of All Transcription Factors In Human and Where Can I Find A List Of Human Tfs? ), but this is several years ago, so I thought it be sensible to ask this question again ...

If the resources mentioned in the other post still exist then the answers are still valid. Anyway, one option is to use EnsEMBL and get all genes annotated with the relevant GO term.
