Hi,

I have a file with some geneIDs and I want to make a list of GO terms that are overrepresented in the geneset, consisting of the significant hits. I have used the DAVID website, and chose my geneIDs that were significant as the first list to paste in. Then to have a correct background I chose the non-significant geneIDs from my list. When I do this, I click on "Functional annotation clustering" to see the analysis, but how can I get a list of the GO terms then?

Do I make my own list in a Word document or can I make a list online ?

Thanks in advance

H o3964fn4ni,

GeneSCF will be the convenient solution for you to test multiple list. But it is command line tool, not web based.

For presentation of data check these posts,

A: Deferentially expressed genes
