DiscoSnp++ in RADtags

did some one test DiscoSnp++ with RAD tag sequencing? I'm dealing with short reads...about 35 bp.

Hello Marianna,

Have you looked into DiscoSNP-RAD? It seems like the authors have adapted their DiscoSnp++ application towards processing RAD-seq data. The paper can be found here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/11/09/216747
