In 2016-2017, GRASP has added many GWAS results publicly available for download. See: https://grasp.nhlbi.nih.gov/FullResults.aspx

If you want to download significant GWAS results, please try GWASdb or GWAS Catalog. Here is also a gallery for some frequently studied GWAS traits: http://jjwanglab.org/gwasrap --> gallery.

It should submit application to NCBI dbGAP or WTCCC if you want raw GWAS data.
