I need data for some cancers which include well-defined subtypes/groups and be available in TCGA. I do know for BRCA we have such well-defined groups using status of BRCA and HER2 which are included in clinical data. Do you know if there are some cancers like BRCA with such complete info for grouping tumor samples in TCGA?

Hi Ashitma,

In TCGA database, clinical data including several txt files are available and you can download them. In one of the file, you can find subtypes (sorry, currently I do not remember which file includes this info).
