Difference between UCSC browser and dbSNP sequence.

Hello, I have a question regarding discrepancy between UCSC table browser sequence and dbSNP FASTA sequence. I queried for table browser for 3'-UTR, and get FASTA sequence. I also queried for dbSNP for SNP in 3'-UTR, and FASTA sequence is different from one from table browser. How can this difference occur? Thanks in advance.

It would help if you would be more precise. How different? What's different?

Did you make sure to use the same genome build in your two queries?

Thanks for the help, my mis-understanding of displaying 5' -> 3' and how the transcription works, and now i understand.
