Fst outlier test for pooled data

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a empirical Fst outlier detection test for pooled data? I am not sure if the "regular" permutation, likelihood tests can be used for poolseq data since individual informations are not present.

8 months later. Popoolation does the job of calculating Fst for you. One could remove outliers "by hand" by filtering the output file for Fst > 0.5 for instance.
