SNP2HLA - Possible to conduct with low memory?

Hello,

I am doing HLA imputation, using SNP2HLA. I am initially creating reference panel by the "MakeReference.csh". There are 12 steps in order to complete the process of making reference, but I cannot complete the step "11" as the memory is not enough. I actually use CentOS7, VM workstation 12.5 pro. I increased the memory to 32GB, but still I cannot complete.

Does anybody know how much memory is required in order to complete the process making the reference?

Your title (is something possible on CentOS?) has no relation with your problem (is something possible with low memory).

I figured out- we need to make bed bim fam files only for chr6.. then we could conduct with low memry.
