Can anyone recommend some good software for creating genome figures from linear DNA sequences annotated in genbank format? Perhaps there might be some plasmid viewers that can also do this as the sequences I want to make a figure of are relatively short linear mitochondrial genomes (~50kb). Particularly it would be great if anyone recognises what software was used to make the figure in the link below, or recommend any software that can make good visual comparisons, showing gene positions and synteny. Example: https://openi.nlm.nih.gov/imgs/512/231/3318907/PMC3318907_gbeevr136f01_3c.png

Cheers!
