Has The Potential Bias In Go::Termfinder Been Corrected?

It was reported that there was Potential Bias in GO::TermFinder[1] which was demonstrated using GO::TermFinder (v. 0.81). Is it corrected in the most current version (GO-TermFinder-0.86)?
