Hello everybody! I have a question, Does anyone know if there is a way to get the whole genome mRNA? The sequence itself. (download into file) For some different genomes: human/yeast/bacteria?

thanks!!

What do you mean? Annotation? Or GEO datasets?

GEO datasets - the sequence itself.

In other words you want to get stranded RNAseq datasets? Start by searching at SRA or ENA. An example at SRA and at ENA to get you started.

This question doesn't make sense to me, please explain which datatype you want and elaborate on "the sense strand".
