RNA seq data with missing values

I am looking for a RNA seq dataset with NATURAL missing values with two or more conditions. If anybody knows of any such datset, please let me know.

It sounds like you're more interested in count data than raw reads. In this case I would look at Recount, a repository for RNAseq count data:

Also not sure what Natural missing values are though...

What do you mean by "natural value"?

Anyway, the nice thing about RNAseq is that there are no missing values. If you don't measure it in RNAseq, the value is 0.
