Lemon-Tree algorithms for identification of regulatory genes

I have performed WGCNA analysis and got 11 modules. in these modules, I want to identify regulatory genes. could anyone help me regarding this? I don't know how to do this.

Whether you decide to use the same methodology, try with: http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/goseq.html I don't know your R level, but browsing this vignetter, the use is pretty straightforward.
