can somebody please help me in installing ballgown properly.... i am using these two steps....
source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite("ballgown") still it showing ballgown package does not exist...

Does that https make a difference? Which version of R and Bioconductor do you have?
It's best to post the output of
sessionInfo()In many clusters, the
httpsconnections are refused by R. I'm not sure that will change things! (I always have to remove the "s" when I install R packages.What is exactly the error message (full line, including everything)? I just tried and installed ballgown without any issue.
