RNA editing sites prediction in plant mitogenome without rna-seq data

Hi there,

i have a plant mitochondrial genome and no available rna-seq data, but i'd like to predict rna editing sites in the genome. So i've found two programs to do it: 1) PREP-Mt enter link description here 2) PREPACT 2.0 enter link description here

Is there another useful software i have to take a look?
