Hello everyone,
Where can I see how long did it take for a step that I ran in Galaxy to complete?

I don't recollect that information being available in the end-user interface (it may be logged in the backend). You may want to post this over at Galaxy Biostar to get an authoritative response.

I saw the answer posted on Galaxy biostars. I guess this information must have been added recently. I looked at some of my old jobs in public galaxy (that are a year+ old) and did not see this information.
I saw the answer too. I don't know if it is the particular instance that I am using, but I do not see it either.
Perhaps "galaxy admins" (or people with "non-trgular user" roles) see that information. Let us see what you get on your comment over at Galaxy biostars.
