Are there any good phenotype databases? To be specific I mean like observable phenotype/locus/allele databases. I am interested in a common phenotype across all mammals and all I can find are databases primarily geared towards disease. I know there are a few like the mouse database but I am interested in all mammals. Any advice for how I should approach this is welcome. I know about dbSNP but they seem like they are more of disease geared as they said they are phasing out the non-human entries on NCBI.
