Why CEAS occur ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ?

When I use CEAS to check the ChIP-seq data, a value error happened as described above. And it is really confusing me.

[h.mon]

This means, somewhere, somehow, an invalid type is being passed to an int() function. But that is as far as I can go, given the (lack of) details you provided. Are you less confused now?

If you provide the command line used, and the traceback, then maybe someone would be able to help solving your problem.
