Hello everyone

I have RNA seq data, I am interested to Identifying Independent and Dependent Variables between two groups. Except PCA, is there any way to calculate that?

Do you mean finding genes or features which are differentially expressed between groups? The "measure independent variable to get unique values" is a bit confusing.

Hi, you are using an non-standard lingo it seems. I understand you want to look for internal correlation rather than independent-dependent random variables which would be defined by the experimental setup a priori.
