BigWig to Wig Conversion

I downloaded some bigwig files obtained from ChIP-Seq. To upload it to IGV Tools, I need to convert this to wig format before converting it to tdf format. For this purpose, I used bigWigToWig (ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/apache/htdocs-rr/goldenPath/help/bigWig.html), but the file I got is a binary, and therefore not an executable.

You don't need any conversion, IGV supports bigWig files directly.
