Is the DGRP data phased?

My question is described in the title.

I thought it was phased, but according to VCFtools it isn't:

vcftools  --vcf dgrp2.vcf --phased --out teste

VCFtools - UNKNOWN

Parameters as interpreted:
    --vcf immune.vcf
    --out teste
    --phased

After filtering, kept 205 out of 205 Individuals
After filtering, kept 0 out of a possible 39929 Sites
No data left for analysis!
Run Time = 1.00 seconds

Am I doing something wrong or is DGRP unphased?

nobody has a clue of what's going on here?
