Where to find TIGR reference genome data and version conversion with IRGSP

Hi, all.

I am looking for Rice(Oryza sativa) TIGR5 reference genome fasta data and corresponding detail annotation. But I notice that TIGR project is closed because of shortage of funding, so I can't find the data anywhere. Does anyone could find the reference genome(used by alignment to reference genome) and annotation.

I can only find IRGSP version of reference genome. But my downloaded dataset(GSE26610) said its processed regions are mapped to TIGR5. If possible, can anyone help me out TIGR5 corresponding which version of IRGSP?
