Predict proteasome activation upon activation of specific membrane receptor

Hello,

is there any way of predicting proteasome activation upon the activation of specific membrane receptors?. If so, is there any way of predicting what would happen (regarding proteasome activation) if I block certain members of the signalling pathway leading to proteasome activation?
