Hello,

In my blast results are uniref descriptions. But where does the n stand for? Example:

UniRef90O64897 Trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase n=3 Tax=Arabidopsis thaliana RepID=O64897ARATH

It should be the number of members in the UniRef cluster. See : http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1346079

From http://www.uniprot.org/uniref/UniRef90_O64897 I'd guess the number of members, but it's hard to tell with so little information given.. Could you add some more information to your question, like a link to your blast results, your input, etc..
